Rob Ryan is very interesting designer living in London. He works with many different mediums including ceramics, textiles, homewares and even jewellery. You can recognize his works immediately, cause he gives it very specific touch of sentimental and humor. I falled in love for the enamel mug :)

Czech dumplings

Let me introduce u my most favourite czech type of dumplings - ball shaped - in czech "chlupate knedliky" (translation: hairy dumplings). For your big suprise - no human or dog hair is included :D

INGREDIENTS:

200g coarse flour

500g potatoes 

1pcs. egg

salt

HOW TO:
Peel the potatoes and divide them in thirds. Let 1/3 boil (whole pcs.) and while waiting grate the other 2/3 raw potatoes and squeeze out as much moisture out as you can. 
When the first third is boiled, grate it too and mix it together with grated raw potatoes. Add flour, one egg, bit of salt and make the dough. Dough should be sticky. 

Start to boil water in big pot and meanwhile do the dumplings (ball shape) from the dough. When you re finished, put the dumplings into boiling water. When they start to floats (about 5 mins), its finished. 

You can serve it just with bacon and cabbage, but I personaly love them as sidedish to roasted duck (typical czech preparation).

Prague coffee festival

This weekend I visited Prague coffee festival - this time in exquisite interior of Novomestska radnice. There was a lot to see and a lot to taste.... See some pictures from the event, so you can feell the atmosphere in there. I enjoyed mostly coffee from EMA espresso bar, refreshing dry CIDRE PREMIER and chocolate pralines from CO-XO. There was also very interesting offer of coffee makers and cute KEEP CUPs. I defintely have to order one :)

Summer time memories

This year as usuall we spent a lot of time outside... Drinking prossecco in Gardens... Spending time in parks and woods... Having fun and a lot of alcohol on concerts next to the water... Visitin summer theater and a lot of open air festivals, enjoying all the hot weather and sun... See some of my insta photos which reminds me on Summer... Cant wait till next one is comming... 

Diana F+ camera on my wish list

Diana F is sooo my dream to have already for ages - but there was always something more important to buy :) But I promised myself, that at least on the beggining of the new year, I ll buy some... Still not sure about the colour - there is so many and all of them looks so great - but Im already sure about additons I need to... The flashlight is very important...(mostly part of the pack). Fish eye lens is cool...about 1.000 CZK (50$)  And the most hot addition - The instant back (makes instant snapshots) around 2.600 CZK (130$) . I love instant photos, I have two polaroid cameras at home, but as you know the polaroid instant films are very expensive. Fuji instax mini costs just about 200 CZK (10$).
