Nuttela cake (babovka)

This week we have regular cooking session with friends and we are making the cake this time. After my boyfriend suggestion we tried Nuttela cake (this shape is called "babovka") and I was really amazed. Its very easy and the taste is amazing <3

What u gonna need:
150g butter
100g sugar
3 eggs
150g nuttela
250g fine grained flour
1 pk baking powder (ussual 12g)

How to:
Start to preheat oven to to 180°C. Mix butter (warm it a bit in microwave, so u can better work with it), egg yolk and sugar till creamy, then add nuttela and mix again. Add milk and flour with baking powder (suggest to mix flour and baking powder in other bowl first). Beat the egg whites untill they have the right consistency. Put the whipped egg into the bowl and mix it together very carefully. Then you just have to put it in the baking form and bake it in preheat oven for about 40 mins, depends what kind of form you have. We prefer silicone one - baking is faster and there is no need to coat the form with butter and flour.

Enjoy <3
