Pad Thai

Love thai food... this noodles are one of my most favourites and its super easy and quick to cook them. So I want to share this recipe with you ... Hope u enjoy :)



INGREDIENTS:
red onion
chicken breast
shrimps
spring onions
1pcs. egg
ginger
chilli
sugar
Pad Thai sauce
Fish/Soy sauce
Rice noodles
Peanuts
Bean sprouts


On a hot frying pan with oil, add the red onion and chicken breast, roast briefly - minute will be more than enough. If you like shrimp, add them along with the chicken. 


Add the spring onions and let it warm up along with others. Crack the egg to the pan and blend into mixture. The base is ready.


To make the the Pad Thai taste well, add ginger, chilli and sugar (quantity depends on ur own taste). Mix well, then add the Pad Thai sauce, and if you like also a bit of fish or soy sauce. And... mix well again...


Now just add the cooked rice noodles, sprinkle with peanuts and bean sprouts and quick lunch is ready :)
